President of the Supervisory board of Rothschild & Cie Gestion, a leading banking institution.

His family has a long tradition of sports excellence and Philippe's first Golf professor was no-one less than Henry Cotton.

An avid and experienced golfer, with a low single digit handicap, he currently plays at very competitive level Though not directly involved in the day to day operations he closely monitors and manages the steady European development of the company.

Philippe believes that Golf is a constant quest for excellence and personnel development along with the educational values of sportsmanship.

François Magne
Business Director

François Magne is a talented golfer playing of a solid +1 handicap. A true sportsman he has played in many individual and team competitions, nationally and internationally, playing with the Deauville Team.

François is acting as Business Director for the IGC international trade business.

In addition François is the Fujikura European Tour representative which provides him with a thorough and accurate vision of the technical developments within the Golf industry.

Michael Victoire
Technical Director

A former employee of the Lucien Barrière Deauville Golf resort Michael joined the company in its early days.

Michael is the company Technical Director. He is responsible for the custom fitting activities both for individuals or in relation with the Top Brands of the industry.

Michael brings to the company a very valuable technical expertise and a remarkable sense of organization.
